I am pleased and honored to share that the most recent edition of the Journal of Leadership, Equity, and Research (JLER), is now available for your reading pleasure. Thanks to the efforts of Managing Editor Dr. Mahmoud Suleiman of California State University, Bakersfield, Editor-at-large Dr. Gilberto Conchas from Penn State University and Journal Technical Assistant Ms. Jenny Baquera of the Center for Leadership, Equity and Research (CLEAR) the Journal of Leadership, Equity and Research has been accepted as an Indexed Journal by ERIC – Education Resources Information Center. The fact that we are now indexed is considered a reflection of journal quality and as Executive Editor of JLER I am pleased to share this edition with you.
