At CLEAR, we are committed to fostering innovation, equity,
and ethical practices in education. In alignment with these
values, we proudly acknowledge California Senate Bill 1288
(SB1288), signed into law on September 28, 2024. This
legislation mandates the creation of a working group to
develop guidance and policies for the safe and effective use
of artificial intelligence (AI) in public schools.
