Registration
All presenters need to register for the Conference and make their own travel and housing arrangements. Registration fees will be waived for the primary presenter. Secondary, and additional presenters will be expected to register in the usual manner.
Early Bird Registration – $100 (by September 15, 2014)
General Registration – $125 (after September 15, 2014)
